Comments: Substance of a statement made to the Chamber of Commerce, Plymouth, the 3rd of November, 1818, concerning the formation of a rail road, from the Forest of Dartmoor to the Plymouth Lime-quarries, with additional observations, and a plan of the intended line was compiled by Sir Thomas Tyrwhitt to present before Parliament to gain support for his plans for a railway on Dartmoor. The simple sketch map is in two parts and shows the intended route the railway would take.
